Beltrami takes Wes Cravens' 'Soul"...
First up, Marco Beltrami has replaced composer
John Powell on the upcoming comic book adaption, Jonah Hex,
from Warner Bros. A soundtrack is planned but no word yet
if it will contain any score. We will keep you posted.
Marco has also recently completed the scores for My Soul to Take
for director Wes Craven and Don't Be Afraid of the Dark
which is produced by Guillermo del Toro (Hellboy, Mimic).
My Soul to Take marks Beltramis sixth colaboration with Wes
Craven.
Lastly, Marco will be scoring The Sunset Limited directed
by Tommy Lee Jones.

Welcome to the new fan site.. oh and news too!
I would like to personally welcome you to the
new fan site for composer, Marco Beltrami. I hope you like the site
and enjoy your visit. I plan on adding more features as we move
along and will also hold some contests later on in the future.
It's been almost a grueling 3 months getting this site together and
I am happy with the pay off.
As far as latest news goes, Repo Men opens in theaters on 03-19-10.
There is a soundtrack album forthcoming which includes one score
track composed by Marco Beltrami. Unfortunately there are no plans
for a score release at this time.
Marco will soon be off to Sydney to score the Guillermo del Toro
produced horror film, Don't Be Afraid of the Dark.
